Intuit Dome Inglewood Tickets

A purpose-built home for the LA Clippers

Intuit Dome opened on August 15, 2024, and became the LA Clippers' home court for the 2024-25 season, the arena's first in the NBA. It capped a long journey for a franchise that began as the Buffalo Braves in 1970, became the San Diego Clippers in 1978 and has played as the Los Angeles Clippers since 1984-85. Inglewood was once the Lakers' home base, but this building is all Clippers, even if the Phoenix Suns spoiled its dramatic opener. Financial technology company Intuit holds the naming rights.

Intuit Dome events: built for basketball, open to concerts

The arena was laid out solely around a basketball court, yet it was always intended to host concerts and other live events too. The venue counts five full-sized basketball courts. Clippers games use a dedicated basketball seating chart, while concert layouts vary by show; both are published on the official seating charts.

Intuit Dome seating plan: The Wall and the bowl

The signature section is The Wall: 51 uninterrupted rows behind one basket, near the visitors' bench, with no luxury suites breaking it up. It was designed to give the Clippers a college-style home-court advantage, so it suits fans who want to be part of the noise.

Elsewhere, the bowl pulls seats inward. The venue says a row-20 seat sits 45 feet closer, almost a half-court, than at the downtown arena, and upper-bowl seats gain the same 45 feet over other arenas. Every row is 35 inches deep, giving extra legroom throughout. Labels such as Wall, Main and Terrace show which part of the building a seat is in.

The Halo Board

Overhead is the Halo Board, billed as the largest double-sided halo display ever built for an arena. Produced by Daktronics, it covers almost an acre with more than 233 million LEDs, and the roof was engineered around it to optimise sightlines, prioritising the upper bowl. The display wraps 360 degrees in 4K with four replay angles, backed by 199 game clocks around the arena.

Terrace level and public art

The Terrace level has a secondary concourse with Shoot360, an interactive basketball-skills game, Clip Shops and a concert wall holding a signed T-shirt from every performer.

Outside, a jury including members of the local community selected six locally based artists, Refik Anadol, Glenn Kaino, Patrick Martinez, Michael Massenburg, Kyungmi Shin and Jennifer Steinkamp, for site-specific commissions across the plaza and campus; a seventh, by Charles Gaines, was announced to follow. MacArthur genius grant winner Walter J. Hood designed the campus landscape, Glen Luchford photographed player portraits for the interior, and Jonas Wood designed the Clippers' City Edition uniforms and court.
