Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Lunar Group LTD operates Tix Choice and is responsible for personal information used to run this comparison service. You can raise a privacy request through our contact page.

Information used by the service

Account features use your email address, username and sign-in information. If you use a social sign-in provider, we receive the account information needed to sign you in. Reviews include the text, rating, display name and event details you submit; approved reviews are public.

Searches and AI assistance use the information you enter and the event or ticket context. Conversations may be stored for service operation and quality checks. Do not enter payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information into chat.

Technical and referral records can include IP address, browser information, timestamps, listing details and click identifiers. These support service operation, security and affiliate attribution.

Cookies and browser storage

Tix Choice uses browser storage for account sessions, preferences, favourites and recent activity. Referral identifiers can also be stored in cookies or browser storage to associate visits with affiliate clicks. Your browser lets you inspect, clear or block this storage; doing so may affect sign-in and saved preferences.

Service providers and sellers

Hosting, security, email, search and AI providers process information needed to deliver those features. Following a seller link takes you to a separate website, where the seller’s own privacy notice applies. Affiliate links may pass a referral identifier to the seller or its attribution provider. We do not collect ticket payment details or process ticket purchases.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact us to make a request.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
