Our approach

We aim to make Tix Choice accessible and use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target. Full conformance has not been verified.

Current limitations

Some forms, controls and feedback may have contrast, keyboard or screen-reader limitations. Visual seat maps may not provide all information in an accessible format. External sellers’ websites have their own accessibility arrangements.

Help and alternative formats

Email [email protected] with the page, the problem and the help or format you need. You do not need to disclose medical information. We will consider your request. Confirm accessible seating and venue facilities with the seller or venue.
