AI is used in our chat and search features to help find events and compare tickets. These features are reviewed regularly; not every response is checked before display.

Your questions, conversation context and relevant ticket information may be processed by our AI service providers. Do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. See the privacy notice for data use, recipients, retention and your rights.
Appropriate use
Use these features for event and ticket enquiries. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or private material or attempt to bypass security. Account and event age rules still apply.
