Account eligibility and access
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Use accurate information and sign-in details you control. Keep access private and report suspected misuse to [email protected]. Seller and event age rules may differ.
Your information and preferences
Keep your information up to date. Advertising consent is optional and separate from your account. See the privacy notice for your choices and rights.
Reviews and feedback
Share genuine experiences, disclose incentives and avoid private, misleading, unlawful or abusive content. You retain ownership of your contributions and allow us to display and process them for the service and moderation. We may remove content that breaches the review rules. Contact us to question a decision.
Protecting the service
Do not misuse accounts, bypass security, copy content without permission or interfere with the service. We may proportionately restrict or close accounts for breaches, security or legal reasons.
AI and external sellers
An account does not authorise us to buy tickets for you. Seller purchases have separate terms. Follow the AI use notice when using Assist.
Leaving or closing an account
Request account closure at [email protected]. We may verify ownership. Closure does not cancel seller orders or override lawful retention. Your privacy and mandatory legal rights continue to apply. See our terms and conditions.
