Terms of use
Who operates Tix Choice
Tix Choice is operated by Lunar Group LTD. We help you discover events and compare ticket listings from third-party sellers.
Your ticket purchase
We do not sell tickets, take payment for tickets or fulfil orders. When you follow a listing, you leave Tix Choice and buy from the seller. Your purchase contract is with that seller. Read their terms, delivery arrangements, refund policy and any ticket guarantee before paying.
Prices and availability
Listings can change between a comparison and checkout. We show seller fees where the feed supplies them, but some sellers do not provide a full fee breakdown. Currency conversions are indicative. Confirm the final price, quantity, seat details, restrictions and delivery charges on the seller’s website before buying.
How we earn money
Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you follow a link and make a purchase. We do not compare every seller or every available ticket. The seller controls its prices and terms.
Recommendations and information
Search results, seat maps and AI suggestions help you compare options. They are not a promise of availability, suitability, admission or the lowest price. Check important details with the seller and event organiser.
Accounts and reviews
Keep your sign-in links and account access private. Submit reviews based on your own experience and do not include someone else’s private information. Reviews are moderated before publication. We may restrict misuse, misleading submissions or attempts to interfere with the service.
Problems and your rights
For payment, delivery, cancellation or refund issues, contact the seller named on your order. For a problem with Tix Choice, use our contact page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how information is used when you use Tix Choice.
