About browser storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage to provide features, remember choices and measure activity. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Purposes and choices
Essential: storage needed for requested features, security and privacy choices.
Site statistics: optional analytics is off until you opt in through Privacy preferences.
Advertising: off until you opt in. You can compare tickets without accepting advertising.
Seller referrals are recorded for commission accounting and fraud prevention even when statistics or advertising are off. Personal data use and retention are explained in the privacy notice.
Storage and lifetimes
| Storage | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in | Essential for requested account access. | Cookies last up to 7 days; signing out or revocation may end access sooner. |
| Privacy choices | Essential to remember and apply your statistics and advertising choices. | Cookies last up to 180 days. Supporting browser storage remains until updated or cleared. |
| Referral identifiers | Associate seller referrals with a browser and session for referral accounting and security. | Browser identifier cookie: up to 365 days, renewed by use. Session cookie: up to 1 hour. Local-storage copies remain until removed. |
| Advertising measurement | Attribute advertising activity after opt-in. | Tix Choice attribution cookies: up to 90 days. Provider storage has its own lifetimes. |
| Assist | Provide the chat and search features you request. | Depends on the feature and browser session; saved browser state remains until removed. |
| Saved settings and activity | Remember language, currency, location, favourites and recent activity. | Until changed or removed through available feature, account or browser controls. |
Local storage does not expire with a matching cookie. Browser storage lifetimes are separate from personal data retention periods.
Changing your choices
Open Privacy preferences to change or withdraw your analytics and advertising choices. Contact us if you need help changing your settings.
Choices apply to your browser. Clearing storage or changing browsers may prompt you again. Browser controls can also block or remove storage, but may affect sign-in and saved features. Withdrawing consent does not recall information already received independently by another organisation.
Other providers
Optional advertising measurement may use Google, Meta or OpenAI where enabled. Attribution references are stored only after advertising opt-in. Google measurement is governed by your choices and Google’s cookie information. Enabled services determine the provider cookies and lifetimes; contact us for details relevant to your visit. Sellers and sign-in providers have their own notices and controls.
