Kaseya Center Miami Tickets

Kaseya Center events on Biscayne Bay

Kaseya Center opened with a New Year's Eve celebration on December 31, 1999. It is the Miami HEAT's home arena and a major part of downtown Miami's entertainment district. The waterfront location places the building on Biscayne Bay, with the city skyline forming part of its surroundings.

Basketball shares the venue with concerts, family entertainment, conferences and other sporting events. Its musical history includes performances by Marc Anthony, Celine Dion, Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney and Bruno Mars. Awards broadcasts such as Premio Lo Nuestro and the Latin Grammy Awards have also formed part of its entertainment programme.

The Fireball scoreboard and arena upgrades

In summer 2024, the arena introduced its Fireball scoreboard, incorporating a three-dimensional version of the HEAT's ball-and-flame emblem. The project also brought upgraded lighting, a new audio system and a replacement retractable lower-bowl seating system.

That combination links the building's basketball identity with its ability to change between events. The lower bowl is not simply a fixed ring surrounding one permanent playing surface: its retractable seating forms part of the arena's multipurpose design. Lighting upgrades covered the house, bowl, sports and special-effects systems, supporting different styles of event presentation.

Seating areas and arrival points

On the western side, Gate 1 is closest to sections 119 through 124, while Gate 2 is closest to sections 101 through 106. Both connect with escalators serving the 100-level seating. The northern side includes accessible drop-off locations and elevators linking with the seating levels.

Accessible seating and companion positions are provided across different ticket categories, with locations depending on the event. The venue publishes separate accessibility information alongside its directions and entrance details.

Environmental design and public transport

The arena has received LEED certification, with environmental performance forming part of its building-management history. Its waterfront setting and downtown location also make public transport an important part of planning a visit.

The address is 601 Biscayne Boulevard. Metrorail passengers can transfer at Government Center to the Metromover's Omni Loop and alight at Park West. Rideshare arrivals use the Bayshore Drive and HEAT Boulevard area, while the venue's directions page identifies the different entrance and drop-off locations around the building.
