Meta Platform Data

If you use a Meta product to interact with TixChoice, we only request data needed for the relevant feature. We do not sell Meta user data. We do not use Meta user data for unrelated advertising profiles. We process Meta user data according to Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.

You can revoke TixChoice app access from your Meta account settings. You may also request deletion of data we received from Meta by following the instructions at https://tixchoice.com/data-control.

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible data unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond promptly to potential issues.

Children

TixChoice is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact hello@tixchoice.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
