Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TixChoice websites, applications, waitlist, communications, and ticket comparison services. By using TixChoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What TixChoice Provides

TixChoice helps users discover and compare ticket options for concerts, sports, theater, and live events. We may show event information, seller information, prices, fees, availability, and other marketplace data. Unless expressly stated, TixChoice is a comparison service and not the final ticket issuer, venue, promoter, or seller.

Accounts and Third-Party Login

Some features may require an account or third-party login such as Meta Login. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You authorize us to use information you provide or permit through a third-party platform to operate requested features.

Ticket Information and Purchases

• Prices, fees, availability, seat details, event times, and seller terms can change at any time.
• Final purchase terms are set by the seller, venue, ticket issuer, or marketplace completing the transaction.
• You are responsible for reviewing all final checkout details before buying tickets.
• TixChoice does not guarantee that a displayed ticket, price, or seat remains available until checkout is completed.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with TixChoice systems.
• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not use TixChoice to violate laws, seller terms, venue rules, Meta Platform Terms, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or integrations.

Communications

If you join the waitlist or request updates, we may send service and product communications. You can opt out of marketing emails by using unsubscribe options where provided or contacting hello@tixchoice.com.

Intellectual Property

TixChoice, the TixChoice logo, product design, software, content, and related materials are owned by TixChoice or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

Third-Party Services

TixChoice may link to or integrate with third-party ticket sellers, marketplaces, analytics providers, communication providers, and platforms such as Meta. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. TixChoice is not responsible for third-party services, content, prices, availability, or transactions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is available at https://tixchoice.com/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms.

Disclaimers

TixChoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TixChoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update TixChoice or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of TixChoice after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
