T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas Tickets

T-Mobile Arena events and history

T-Mobile Arena broke ground on 1 May 2014 and opened to the public on 6 April 2016, on a site of roughly 16 acres. It is owned by AEG and MGM Resorts International, with MGM Resorts operating the building and AEG acting as sales agent. It was planned from the outset as a multipurpose venue able to host NBA and NHL teams, concerts, boxing, mixed martial arts and award shows, and its programme also includes bull riding.

The NHL's Vegas Golden Knights play their home games here, and architects Populous describe the arena as the official home of the UFC as well. Those two regular tenants sit alongside touring concerts and major fight nights.

Architecture shaped by the Strip and the desert

Populous set out to reflect two sides of Las Vegas: the glitz of the Strip and the landscape of the Spring Mountains to the west. The arena's front opens with an expansive glass façade and a sweeping LED screen, while an outdoor performance stage and balconies extend its energy into The Park, the landscaped space linking it with its neighbours.

The south and west façades take a different approach. A solid skin protects the building from the intense desert sun, wrapped in rolling metal bands that evoke the colour and sedimentary layering of the desert mountains. The interior continues the theme: lower-level premium spaces and the concourse draw on mountain strata, while upper-level premium areas pick up the oranges, blues and purples of the Las Vegas dusk. Two sponsor towers provide bird's-eye views and play on the city's see-and-be-seen character.

Premium areas and how they differ

The design was intended to look beyond a conventional seating bowl. AEG lists suites, bunker suites, club seating, two private clubs, tiered loge seats and a party deck, along with an upper-deck nightclub used during and after events.

• Bunker suites: eight event-level suites, four on each side, hidden beneath the lower bowl beside the athletes' entrance to the event floor, each with a private bar.
• Terrace tables: assigned tables raised above the lower bowl for up to four guests, with in-seat drink service and TV displays.
• Loge and suite level: the Goose Island Lounge sits behind the loge seats and terrace tables, with the outdoor Four Peaks Patio behind it.
• Tower Club: home to the Stella Artois Loft.

Guests in designated seating locations can also use the Bud Light Lounge on the west side of the main concourse. Premium balconies on VIP and public levels look out over the plaza, The Park and the Strip.

Around the arena

The arena is at 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd. Beside it, The Park is a public outdoor dining and entertainment area south of New York-New York, at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Park Avenue, with art and planting inspired by the desert, joining New York-New York, Park MGM and the arena. The two-acre Toshiba Plaza outside is used for pre-event functions.
